Spice mix No. 1 is used in the production of cooked sausages (such as Lyubitelskaya, Veal, Stolichnaya, Molochnaya, Doktorskaya), frankfurters, sausages, and meat bread ("Zakaznoy", "Lyubitelsky"). The mix has a subtle, pleasant spicy aroma thanks to nutmeg and black pepper. Mix No. 1 is also suitable for making Homemade grill sausages.
